The products purchased on HAIRTOP.IT will be delivered throughout Italy within 24/48 working hours (Sicily, Sardinia, Puglia and Calabria 48/72 working hours) from receipt and payment of the order.
HAIRTOP.IT has chosen for you the best Italian logistics partner: "GLS". Our shipping service allows you to monitor your order from departure from our warehouse until arrival at your home or office. To receive the products quickly and conveniently and to prevent your shipment from going into storage, we recommend indicating the address where you spend most of the day (e.g. work address) or where there is a trusted person who can collect your package. Furthermore, for a precise and punctual delivery, we recommend that you indicate your mobile number. Despite these indications, if your shipment will go into storage for any reason, the staff of HAIRTOP.IT will contact you in order to give new delivery instructions to the courier. We inform our customers that orders received and paid by 7:30 will be strictly processed and shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for orders received and paid after 7:30 will be guaranteed the fulfillment and the shipping within the next business day. It is not possible to provide guarantees regarding delivery times as there are many variables that affect these times, many of which are not attributable to HAIRTOP.IT (eg strikes, atmospheric events, special holidays, etc.). So if these times are not guaranteed, the customer will not be able to claim compensation.
Shipping costs in Italy
Shipping costs in Italy are calculated based on the weight of the products shipped. To check the shipping costs, simply enter the products in the cart and enter the destination location.
Shipping costs outside the Italian territory
For deliveries outside the national territory the cost will depend on the destination of the goods. For each case, the cost of shipping will be displayed automatically before the order confirmation.
On Glamhairshop.com making use of the right of withdrawal is easy and free. Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. Always pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication to the company address by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt by the deadline. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by email to (firstname.lastname@example.org), provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
Instructions for the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send an email to email@example.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products with a communication containing:
the intention to make use of the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code;
the list of products for which the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
the number of the order being refunded;
the place of collection of the products to be returned;
date and time slot (at least 3 hours) of collection;
the methods of payment of the order and in case of payment by bank transfer, the number of the consumer's bank account. After that, Temperino will collect the goods at its own expense on the day and at the address indicated by the consumer.
The returned products must be:
properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled) and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
the products must not be opened or used;
Once Temperino receives the goods and checks the perfect integrity of the same, the aforementioned company will make the refund within and no later than 14 days.
